SHIPPING CHARGES

Standard Australia Post Service

Our standard delivery service is a flat rate of $9.90 to all postal address in Australia for orders under $200. *Orders over $200 are shipped for free through Australia excluding gift cards and bulk orders. We reserve the right to charge additional shipping for large, bulk, or commercial orders.

 

Express Australia Post Service

Our express delivery service is available and is dependent on the total weight of your order. This price will be visible at checkout once your shipping address has been entered.

 

SHIPPING METHODS

All our orders are shipped using Australia Post. We can deliver to residential, business addresses and PO boxes. If you are shipping to a business address, please ensure to include the business name and a contact person’s name in your order to avoid delays.

Once your order has been dispatched you will receive an email with your tracking details which you can track via Australia Post website.

If you have requested “authority to leave” for your delivery, Purely Kitchenware will not accept liability for any parcels that are Damaged, lost or stolen once delivered.

 

SHIPPING TIMEFRAME

All our orders are processed and dispatched within 1 business day of the order being placed. Delivery of your order takes 2-7 business days to arrive, however orders to remote areas may take longer. Your order will be dispatched from our warehouse on the Sunshine Coast, Queensland.

 

INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING

We currently offer shipping to New Zealand addresses. Delivery charges are dependent on the total weight of your order. This price will be visible at checkout once your shipping address has been entered. All prices on our website are in Australian Dollars (AUD) and all orders will be charged in AUD. Delivery of your order takes 3-10 business days to arrive.

 

Our advertised prices do not include any customs duties, taxes or other fees that may be imposed by your country, these additional fees are the responsibility of the customer (you). We will not accept any return of orders where these fees have not been paid by the customer. Your parcel will be abandoned if you refuse to pay any of these charges and we will not be responsible for any loss of funds because of this and no refunds will be given.

 

We will not mark an order as a gift to avoid these charges as this is an illegal practice.
