Can You Notify Me When An Item Is Back In Stock?
Absolutely! Just click on the “Notify Me When Available” button on the product page and enter your email address. You will receive an email when that product is back in stock.
How Do I Use My Discount Coupon Code?
From the checkout page click on “Coupon/Gift Certificate” on the right-hand side of the screen, enter your code and click Apply.
From the cart page click on “Coupon Code” on the left-hand side of the screen, enter your code and click Submit.
What Forms Of Payment Do You Accept?
We currently accept payments via Debit Card, Mastercard, Visa Card, Pay Pal, Afterpay and Zip Pay.
Can I Place An Order As A Gift For Someone?
You sure can. Just enter their details in the shipping address and add an order comment, not to include an invoice.
Is My Credit Card Information Secure?
Purely Kitchenware site uses Secure Sockets Layer (SSL) technology, the latest industry standard encryption, to protect the loss, misuse, or alteration of your credit card information under our control.
Can I Change Or Cancel My Order?
Possibly, but you must contact us immediately. Our orders are sent out the next business day and once an order has been shipped, no changes or cancellations can be made.
How Do I Access My Account?
Just click on the Log In button in the top right-hand corner and enter your log in details.
How Do I Change My Contact Details?
Simply log into your account, select addresses, and edit.
To change your password, select Account Settings.
Who Will Deliver My Order?
All of our orders are sent with Australia Post.
How Long Will My Delivery Take?
All of our orders are sent out within 1 business day. Estimated delivery times are between 2 and 7 business days and up to 10 business days for remote areas.
For NZ orders estimated delivery times are between 3 and 10 business days.
Can I Request Authority To Leave My Parcel?
Yes you can, just place an order comment.
Purely Kitchenware will not accept liability for any parcels that are damaged, lost or stolen once delivered.
How Can I Track My Delivery?
Once your order has been shipped you will receive an Australia Post tracking number in your email, simply enter this tracking number at Australia Post website.
My Delivery Has Not Come?
Simply check your tracking number on the Australia Post website for an estimated delivery date.
Do You Deliver To Overseas?
We currently deliver to New Zealand only.
